Northbourne House

Successfully obtained planning permission for this property.  The Lower ground floor of this house was a dark space with unpractical layout and low head-height. The floor was lowered by 55cm and space was converted into an open plan kitchen-dining-living. 

The upper ground floor was remodelled to add practical storage and open up the space so light and circulation work better.
