We can manage everything for you: starting from the planning application up until the day you move in. We'll accompany you step by step and advise you of any constraints that you may encounter in the process.
Stage 0: Consultation
Free consultation to speak about the feasibility of your project and options.
Stage 1: Strategic Definition
Align client's brief with 3-4 design options to choose from.
Stage 2 – Preparation and Brief
Identify key requirements and consultants needed in the process.
Stage 3 – Concept Design
Prepare design drawings and planning application (when applicable) for submission.
Stage 4 – Developed Design
Develop the design to a further level of detail according to building regulations and structural engineer specs taking into account all specialists specs involved.
Stage 5 – Technical Design
All aspects of the construction design will be completed including lighting, electrical, heating, fire strategy, joinery or furniture layout among others.
Stage 6 – Construction Project Management
This stage involves co-ordination between clients and contractors according to budget and timings.
Stage 7 - Interior Design
Choose of wall and floor finishes, colour scheme, light fittings, kitchen design or sanitaryware for the whole house making sure it is consistent throughout while matching your taste and style.
Stage 8: Handover
We are around when you move in to make sure the finishes are up to our high standards and also to ensure you get all final certificates.
