Personal Profile
I'm Tania Udaondo Bernau, Spanish architect from Bilbao. I studied architecture in Madrid and have been living and working in London since 2015.
I am a fully qualified architect member of ARB, RIBA and COAM.
I started my career while studying working on ephemeral projects and small refurbishments in Spain. Prior to starting my own studio, I gained valuable experience working on high end residential, commercial, offices and mixed-use schemes in London. My experience is largely on residential refurbishment projects including Listed Buildings.
I put special emphasis in spatial design, storage optimisation and natural light maximisation. I am experienced and creative and love advising on the design whilst taking my clients' needs and style into consideration.
I also manage my projects from the feasibility stage through Planning, Tender and Construction. I thrive on working collaboratively with my clients to achieve a shared goal, liaising with local authorities, builders, structural engineers and other consultants to ensure the works are carried out to the highest standards.
In my own time, I enjoy exploring new experiences. Travelling, art and photography are some of my biggest passions and my ways of finding inspiration. I also love languages and speak Spanish, French, English and Portuguese.
